What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow and maintain MasterBrand sales for Home Depot stores in designated territory
- Train and mentor new Home Depot in-store designers
- Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers
- Assist designers in closing store sales
- Manage sales visits to each store in the territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outgoing and driven personality
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Sales skills and background
- Bachelor's-level degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Kitchen design experience
- 20/20 software experience
- Experience with large home centers
- Cabinet industry knowledge
- Strong computer skills
