      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide personal care services as defined by the care plan under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Therapist
      - Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene
      - Communicate status and condition changes to healthcare professionals as per agency guidelines
      - Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring patient safety and adherence to infection control practices
      - Document care provided in a timely and accurate manner within the patient's chart

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida
      - Minimum of six (6) months of work experience in a supervised setting, preferably in home health care or a healthcare facility
      - Hands-on BLS Card or CPR certification
      - Active Florida Driver's License with proof of auto insurance and a good driving record
      - Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

      - Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
      - Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team
