What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients with product selection and training of home medical equipment according to provider prescriptions
- Gather registration and insurance information accurately and process payments according to payer requirements
- Maintain store inventory, including conducting inventory cycle counts and perpetual inventory
- Provide patients with various medical supplies and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and privacy standards
- Work independently or as part of a team in either a medical supply store or call center environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service, sales, healthcare, or patient care experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Proven ability to multi-task and make sound decisions regarding customer service
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and tolerate a fast-paced work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in durable medical equipment (DME) preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or private insurance billing preferred
- Comfortable utilizing technology and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
