      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Underwrite and make decisions on condo projects in accordance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA, or employer portfolio guidelines
      - Prepare comprehensive underwriting summaries for stakeholders including loan officers and credit underwriters
      - Document project reviews within the mortgage loan origination system and organize collateral documents in a shared drive
      - Analyze project documents critically, demonstrating sound judgment and identifying alternative solutions for project approval
      - Review and make decisions on deed restrictions and community second programs for various property types

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of condo project review experience required
      - Experience in mortgage bank project underwriting strongly preferred
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
      - Self-directed with excellent time management skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with cooperative project review is preferred
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with others to find solutions
