What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned students and families for non-instructional matters
- Monitor student participation and progress, reaching out to students who do not attend
- Ensure students receive regular connection calls and provide support as needed
- Conduct home visits for escalated cases and assist with attendance data
- Host virtual hangouts to promote social-emotional engagement among students
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of college education and two (2) years of experience in education, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Customer service focus and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the proposed age group
- Experience supporting adults and children in learning and technology use
- Ability to quickly learn new technology tools, including database and web-based applications
