      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers regarding service issues and account information
      - Research customer inquiries and resolve conflicts while maintaining a results-driven approach
      - Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services to facilitate efficient self-service
      - Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
      - Refer complex issues to appropriate service partners for further assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
      - P&C Producer license is strongly preferred, but not required; candidates must pass the state exam within 12 months

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
      - Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
      - Experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques
      - Knowledge of self-service tools and resources for customers
