What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet visitors and escort them to their destinations within the facility
- Answer incoming calls and relay accurate messages to the appropriate staff members
- Distribute mail and process invoices according to branch guidelines
- Monitor office supplies and manage orders as needed
- Ensure the office is organized, clean, and maintained to a professional standard
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
- Familiarity with office equipment and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
