      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level
      - Coach employees to overcome objections and collaboratively work toward growth goals
      - Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources, providing in-services and education to the sales team
      - Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about prospective and current patients
      - Establish and maintain positive working relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
      - At least three years of experience in healthcare sales preferred
      - Knowledge of hospice care preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Strong understanding of the hospice philosophy and patient care
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
