      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet quality and productivity standards and deadlines established by Hospice
      - Perform daily workflow maintenance to ensure compliance and accuracy of medical records
      - Collaborate with clinical staff to review Medicare Part D responses and denials
      - Conduct Quality Assurance audits as directed to maintain service quality
      - Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper payment processes are followed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
      - Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
      - Knowledge of Medicare Part A, B, and D coding processes and medical terminology
      - Ability to read and follow written instructions and document accurately
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of the HCHB program
      - Understanding of various medical insurance processes
      - Medical Assistant certification preferred
      - Familiarity with pharmacology and the insurance pre-authorization process
      - Experience in healthcare settings, particularly in hospice or home health
