      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work on all facets of an accounts receivable management system
      - Review claim information to ensure accuracy and provide feedback
      - Provide cross-coverage for areas not primarily assigned

      - Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree or High School Diploma with (4) four years as an Account Receivable analyst in a Hospital setting
      - Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel & other MS software and computerized patient accounting applications
      - Experience in medical terminology required
      - Professional Certification through AAHAM, HFMA, or EPIC preferred
      - Ability to work efficiently and professionally to ensure maximum patient satisfaction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
