      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer professionally in the community to promote Host Home families
      - Develop and execute an annual promotional plan targeting potential Host Home families
      - Screen and enroll prospective Host Home caregivers for home and community-based programming
      - Maintain organized documentation and contacts for outreach efforts
      - Partner with team members to ensure successful enrollment of screened families

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, sales, public relations, or communication
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for one-on-one and public speaking
      - Strong promotional and advertising skills, with a self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
      - Knowledge of foster care is a plus, or ability to learn detailed requirements
      - Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
