What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and job sales
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals
- Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
- Build long-term relationships with host accounts and ensure gold-standard account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3-6 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
