What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels
- Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
- Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share through strategic prospecting
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts
- Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments
- At least 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications to create and analyze reports
- Knowledge of general hotel operations
