      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-focused culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff
      - Drive ROI for hotel partners and achieve revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
      - Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share through strategic prospecting and bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams
      - Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle
      - Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high levels of client satisfaction while representing clients with professionalism and integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
      - Experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipelines and track progress
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role
      - General hotel operations knowledge
      - Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
      - Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset
      - Ability to work effectively from a home office
