      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-focused culture with hotel staff
      - Drive ROI for hotel partners and achieve revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
      - Activate new accounts and increase market share through intentional and strategic prospecting, delivering bi-weekly sales presentations
      - Develop and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to track progress and shorten the sales cycle
      - Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high client satisfaction by representing clients with professionalism and integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
      - Proficient in using a CRM system to manage sales pipeline and daily activities
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role
      - General hotel operations knowledge
      - Strong ability to use all Microsoft Office applications for reporting and presentations
      - Collaborative team player who is goal-oriented and eager to contribute
      - Demonstrated adaptability and strong organization skills
