      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic, outbound sales for a portfolio of 4 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-focused culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff
      - Drive ROI for hotel partners and achieve revenue milestones with a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
      - Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share through intentional and strategic prospecting
      - Develop and manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to track progress and shorten the sales cycle
      - Create remarkable client experiences and maintain a high level of client satisfaction by representing clients with professionalism and integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
      - Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools
      - Proven track record of qualifying new business prospects and meeting or exceeding targets
      - Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
      - General knowledge of hotel operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role
      - Proven experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipelines
      - Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications for reporting and presentations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for correspondence and proposals
      - Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
