      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Physical role requiring repetitive heavy lifting items weighing up to 25+ pounds, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and kneeling.
      • Basic English language communication required.
      • Requires full availability including days, weekends, and holidays.


      Responsibilities:

      • Clean and sanitize all assigned rooms with proper chemical and cleaning methods within shift time requirements, passing inspections, making beds, cleaning floors, bathrooms, shower walls, doors, toilets, emptying trash cans, glasses and dusting all surfaces and performs a visual inspection before leaving rooms.
      • Replaces all amenities and linens according to Loews standards.
      • Maneuver housekeeping carts with supplies, amenities, clean linen, and keep housekeeping carts clean and organized.
      • Operate a Smartphone device to access guest room assignments and report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair by submitting work orders.
      • Other duties as assigned.
