- Supervise and help coordinate housekeeping needs of the facility as it relates to Phillies games and special events conducted at Citizens Bank Park; keeping in mind that Citizens Bank Park is an open-air facility and exposed to the elements
- Perform daily cleaning inspections of building and assigned locations
- Conduct 10-minute meetings each shift to distribute work assignments
- Ensure employees are in proper uniform and adhering to all policies and procedures
- Delegating and maintaining housekeeping standards and expectations, in doing so, ensuring that employees have the proper equipment and supplies to perform the job safely and efficiently
- Distribute and enforce documentation i.e., sign-in sheets, daily routines, equipment checklists verifying paperwork is completed properly and accurately.
- Follow up with work completed, inspecting all areas to ensure cleanliness
- Review any operational issues with management throughout day
- Understand and enforce all OVG 360 policies.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Aid with managing the housekeeping of events as needed, which includes but is not limited to post and pre-cleaning for MLB games and non-MLB events.
- Maintain notes for housekeeping staff to document positive and negative performance, discussing and planning how to improve such issues.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in housekeeping supervision, union environment preferred
- Working knowledge of cleaning and disinfectant chemicals and processes (Training will be provided)
- Working knowledge of custodial equipment including but not limited to vacuum, surface cleaners, burnishers etc. (Training will be provided)
- Ability to oversee and monitor staff in performance and execution of housekeeping functions
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and supervise multiple events
- Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Must have flexible schedule, primarily with the ability to work all Phillies games, traditional and untraditional business hours
- Ability to lift items potentially weighing more than 25+ lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment

Overview
Under general direction from the Operations Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor directs, manages and supervises the custodial and housekeeping activities for the facility. Responsible for routine cleaning and supervising cleaning of all areas of the facility.
