      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide supportive services and develop trusting relationships with a caseload of at least 30 households in various stages of the housing process
      - Assist households experiencing homelessness in obtaining vital documents and housing applications
      - Maintain contact with all participants on a scheduled basis, including community and home visits
      - Facilitate connections to community services and resources to support housing stability
      - Collaborate with local public housing authorities and service providers to improve access to housing resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of two (2) years of service experience required
      - Prior experience with homeless populations or populations with severe service needs
      - Strong knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and program practices applicable to housing assistance
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual English/Spanish speakers or Spanish language written/verbal communication skills at a professional working proficiency
      - Experience with using the Homeless Management Information System
      - Crisis management experience
      - Strong customer service skills with a positive demeanor
      - Demonstrated knowledge of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorder treatment
