What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct weekly housing inspections and follow reporting requirements
- Provide case consultation and crisis intervention services
- Complete accurate and timely documentation as required
- Locate housing opportunities and manage lease agreements
- Assist in monthly tenant rent collection and transport clients to housing locations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience, or associate degree and 3 years' experience, or 5 years' relevant experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Knowledge of housing needs preferred
- Cultural competency understanding required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software
