      ROLE SUMMARY

      The HQ and Hubs Lead serves as the interface with Pfizer HQ and Hubs business leadership to identify site-specific real estate requirements while also managing corporate real estate activities to maintain seamless site operations.

      This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to execute global corporate real estate strategies, encompassing real estate portfolio management, workplace design, and operational enhancements for HQ and Hubs sites.

      This role leads a team that includes the Headquarters Lead, Americas Lead, China Lead and the Europe Lead.

      ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Interact with key business partners in HQ and Hubs and function as the primary GWE representative

      • Interact with HQ and Hubs site leadership and site councils

      • Collaborate with the enabling platforms to implement and execute global corporate real estate strategies, including real estate portfolio management, workplace design, and operational improvements for HQ and Hubs sites

      • Adapt workplace strategy to local markets by actively engaging with business stakeholders to identify and address their unique needs and requirements

      • Facilitate and drive all site operations, including day-to-day vendor management and collecting KPIs to evaluate vendor performance

      • Own the HQ/Hubs real estate budget and assess tradeoffs between strategic decisions and budget implications

      • Provide business requirements to central team to support technology projects

      • Serve as the data owner for sites under purview, maintaining accuracy and compliance with data standards

      • Maintain security measures related to data based on guidance from GWE Tech Lead and broader Pfizer digital requirements / guidance

      • Develop capital plan requirements and manage changes to the plan based on real-time needs

      • Provide local execution support and data needed to enable business-as-usual commercial operations

      • Drive sustainability initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of site operations while identifying opportunities for energy efficiency

      • Support GHG reduction initiatives, standardized sustainability reporting/monitoring and sustainability program strategy

      • Collaborate with the Workplace Design Lead to track and report sustainability metrics and adhere to sustainability guidelines

      • Support site-specific EH&S activities and respond to environmental, health, and safety issues

      • Manage talent development and provide pathways to elevate GWE colleagues within HQ and Hubs to leadership roles

      • Serve as the representative for HQ and Hubs sites on governance calls and provide support for communications activities

      BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field

      • A minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate real estate, with a strong emphasis on managing and optimizing real estate for office sites

      • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managing a team successfully

      • Proficiency in data analytics and real estate software tools

      • Excellent communication, presentation skills

      • Ability to handle ambiguity

      • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field

      • Industry certifications

      • Experience in the real estate industry within a Fortune 500 company or similar large-scale organization

      • Familiarity with office space planning and design principles

      • Experience in managing high-profile HQ office facilities

      The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $309,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
