- Support & manage global employee contracts and maintain the HR database to ensure flawless accuracy and GDPR compliance on time
- Provide excellent onboarding and off-boarding experience with HR administrative topics including communication with authorities mostly in Germany
- Manage HR-related forms, confirmations, and certificates with a high level of accuracy
- Bring a customer-focused approach to your work, helping to unpack an often complicated and overwhelming bureaucracy for a young, multicultural team
- Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the right candidate will excel by bringing the same mindset to HR Administration and showcasing the impact that HR done right can have on a high-growth organization
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Strong academic credentials. The subject matter is irrelevant - we care about demonstrated curiosity, critical thinking, pride in work, and perseverance
- Must exercise infallible discretion with confidential, sensitive information - Meticulous attention to detail and time sensitivity are a must
- Experience in HR is a plus
- Native German (Must!), and Fluent English. While our company language is English, this role often requires smooth communication with various authorities and local agencies
- Hybrid model - 3 days a week in the office for a full-time position and 2 days for a part-time
- 30 days per year to work abroad
