      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency
      - Drive operational excellence initiatives that enhance employee experiences and reduce administrative burdens
      - Serve as a Workday HCM functional expert and support system enhancements and user training
      - Partner with HR Business Partners to develop scalable solutions and standardized processes
      - Research and recommend AI-powered solutions to improve HR operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on operations, process improvement, or technology
      - 3+ years working with Workday HCM as a functional user
      - Experience leading process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
      - Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
      - Experience with AI implementation or HR technology projects
      - Background in change management or organizational development
      - Familiarity with employee experience platforms and journey mapping
