      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day support for benefits programs, ensuring accurate communication with employees and vendors
      - Lead the annual Open Enrollment process, including planning and colleague education
      - Manage employee Life Events to ensure timely and accurate benefits changes
      - Identify and resolve issues within the DayForce HRIS system related to benefits and PTO
      - Assist colleagues with navigating the leaves of absence process and act as a liaison with the Leave Management vendor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered
      - Minimum of three (3) years of related experience preferred; equivalent systems experience considered
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in HRIS Systems; DayForce experience preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus
      - Working knowledge of payroll and interest/experience in Compensation or People Analytics
      - Intensely curious and interested in gaining knowledge in Human Resources and healthcare
