      THE ROLE

      We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR & Administrative Executive to join our team. This role combines administrative excellence with a passion for HR, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to Matific's success in Sri Lanka and globally.       KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Support the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, coordinating with local and global teams, and managing candidate communication.
      • Assist in onboarding by managing hardware inventory, purchases, record maintenance, and ensuring seamless setup for new employees.
      • Maintain HR databases, update employee records, and create accurate reports for management.
      • Support the performance management process by coordinating activities and ensuring proper documentation.
      • Organize employee engagement events to enhance team collaboration.
      • Contribute to Matific Sri Lanka’s social media branding efforts.
      • Handle office administration tasks such as managing supplies, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and maintaining compliance with documentation and records.
      • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure accurate and timely task delivery.

      Requirements

      • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or administrative roles.
      • A qualification in HR-related fields is an added advantage.
      • Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
      • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
      • Confident, self-driven, and enthusiastic about learning new things.
      • Strong focus on accuracy and ability to deliver tasks on time.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
