      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Assist with reporting and analysis for self-funded pharmacy plans and total reward programs
      - Perform regular data audits of HRIS and ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data
      - Collaborate with HR teams to identify data gaps and provide reporting solutions
      - Manage and maintain HR dashboards, generating turnover reports and conducting trend analysis
      - Support compensation administration processes, including job description management and annual merit cycles

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
      - 2-4 years of experience creating and generating HRIS reports, preferably in ADP and/or Cornerstone
      - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot tables
      - Proven ability to implement process improvements and resolve issues using critical thinking
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience with compensation administration
      - Familiarity with Excel Macro recording and VBA editor
      - SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
