      About this Position

      Primerica's Human Resources department is hiring an HR Assistant Intern for the summer. Key Responsibilities will include supporting the Talent Acquisition team and HR Project Manager with ad-hoc projects within the Talent Management team.

      Responsibilities & Qualifications

      • Initiating Pre-employment in Quest
      • Upload New Hire Paperwork to Workday,
      • Keying Contingent Workers
      • Interview Set up and scheduling; coordination with hiring managers
      • Job Fair Assistance - For any fairs we may have this summer
      • sources initiatives and projects, as well as overseeing the Summer Internship Program.
      • Collaborating with business teams on project planning and monitoring progress.
      • Organizing and preparing for events and activities related to the Summer Internship Program.
      • Attending project and team meetings to contribute insights and updates.
      • Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Student should have completed at least 1 year of studying and pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related area of Business
