      Overview

      Expected pay for this position is $19.81 - $23.31/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      The Human Resource Assistant performs customer service and administrative support duties to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department. They serves as the greeter and first impression of Human Resources, as well as HR resource person concerning various HR activities. In addition, they work closely with the recruitment and employee relations teams on the onboarding documentation and badging for all new hires and transfers within the OSF Ministry.


      Qualifications

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      Education: • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

      Experience: • 1 year previous clerical experience.

      Other skills/knowledge: • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft word, excel, and email. • Skilled at researching, investigating, and gathering information as needed • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. • Ability to build strong/positive working relations with various staff levels including leadership.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      Experience: • Previous experience with onboarding processes and documents, such as I-9s, EVerify, tax forms. etc.
