      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer or internet-based programs
      - Strong ability to handle customer contacts, queries, and resolutions
      - High attention to detail in following established processes
      - Demonstrated ability to manage customer interactions in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent
      - Experience with knowledge databases and strong research skills
      - Previous HR experience in Payroll and Benefits
      - Proficiency in additional languages
