      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining HR documentation, including employee records and contracts
      - Support new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and I-9 completion
      - Draft communications and announcements to keep employees informed about HR developments
      - Ensure HR compliance and accuracy of data for decision-making
      - Collaborate with HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive experience during transitions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources or a related Business field
      - 1-4 years of relevant experience in a human resources or administrative role
      - Working knowledge of HR systems and technology; UKG experience preferred
      - General knowledge of basic HR laws and California labor regulations preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign
