      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process HR transactions within Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and data updates
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday functionality within the HR Shared Services team
      - Respond to HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee requests
      - Manage HR documentation, including offer letters and employee records requests
      - Assist with HR compliance audits and contribute to HR projects for process improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in HR
      - Strong experience with Workday HRIS, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting
      - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee data
      - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
      - Knowledge of automation and AI tools, with experience in utilizing artificial intelligence to improve and automate processes
