Job Description
- Req#: 43769
- Extensive years of experience working in Human Resources including management of internal and external organisational change programs
- People leadership experience in complex enterprise environments
- Effective People & Culture strategic partnering with Executive & Senior Leadership teams
- You’ve demonstrated ability to assess and link strategic goals with operational decisions
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity, engage broadly and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders within IAG and externally to understand developing trends and best practice while translating to practical application.
- Ability to work with and translate people data to create insight and action.
- An energetic, commercial and pragmatic approach to profitable growth and sustainability of the business.

Your Role
You will be joining IAG’s largest division Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) and providing exceptional support to business stakeholders.
You will manage the creation and implementation of divisional people plans that are aligned to the Group People Strategy through effective partnerships with Executive General Managers and their leadership teams in order to achieve the desired people experience to enable a high-performance culture.
This is a permanent opportunity; we’re looking for applicants from Sydney.
