      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of customer service
      - Receive and address inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email related to Leave, Disability, and HR services
      - Resolve inquiries by utilizing available documentation and escalate issues when necessary
      - Build trust with employees through empathetic and personalized communication
      - Analyze and decide on disability, leave, and accommodations requests while adhering to company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, specifically with phone and chat communications
      - Knowledge and experience in HR practices
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to demonstrate empathy in customer interactions
      - Proficiency in computer use and ability to conduct research for information retrieval

      - Experience in a fast-paced environment managing confidential and sensitive information
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads and prioritize tasks effectively
