      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries regarding Leave of Absence, Disability, and HR services via phone, chat, and email
      - Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of customer service
      - Utilize available documentation and resources to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
      - Build trust through empathetic, personalized communication with employees
      - Collaborate with partner teams to address process changes and resolve cross-functional issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, particularly in a call center environment
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
      - Proficiency in computer use and research skills
      - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
      - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
