What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-to-end service to employees regarding human resource questions or requests
- Validate and process HR transactions while ensuring adherence to defined processes
- Monitor HR data for accuracy and integrity, addressing escalated cases as needed
- Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements within HR operations
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers, facilitating effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in case management
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR transactions and processes
- Experience in customer service requiring outreach via case, phone, and video conferencing
- Ability to independently manage tasks, caseloads, and audits effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience collaborating with analysts and supervisors on HR-related tasks
- Agility in supporting team members during peak volumes and adapting to new standards
