      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and manage payroll for teachers and administrative staff
      - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations
      - Support recruitment efforts and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
      - Assist with benefits administration and handle general HR inquiries
      - Generate HR reports and track key metrics related to performance management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or possession of HR certifications
      - Experience with processing payroll
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of information
      - Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the ADP WorkForce Now platform
      - Conversant with and supportive of the Reformed Faith and Classical Education from a Christian worldview
      - General account/bookkeeping experience
