      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations
      - Promote a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality and goal attainment
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure satisfaction
      - Manage multiple clients and projects effectively, demonstrating strong project management skills
      - Interpret client contracts and manage billable work, tracking time and identifying additional services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader
      - Experience using an HRIS system is required
      - Strong communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
      - Proven experience leading difficult conversations and administering HR programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Consulting firm experience in accounting/consulting or HR consulting industries
      - Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with emerging HR and business operational technology tools
      - Experience in implementing an HRIS system
