  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and LMS)
  - Coordinate and administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  - Respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy
  - Support interview scheduling and candidate communication in the talent acquisition process
  - Manage learning management system (LMS) administration and logistics for training sessions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of professional HR, recruiting, or HR systems experience
  - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  - Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
  - Team player with a service mindset and willingness to learn
  - Background in employee relations or HR compliance initiatives
  - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting in HR contexts
