      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a caseload of over 100 cases for employees returning to work, ensuring compliance with company policies
      - Provide phone operator support, answering incoming calls related to leave requests and conducting intakes
      - Complete and edit forms for employees regarding insurance and leave, ensuring accurate company information
      - Monitor incoming faxes and organize documents into cases
      - Run and create ad-hoc reports related to turnover and attrition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar Human Resources role
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Highly organized with excellent time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Experience with ServiceNow and Workday platforms
      - Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
      - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
      - Flexibility and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
