What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Senior HR Generalist with benefit administration and open enrollment processes
- Maintain benefit records and update information in the HRIS
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment
- Support payroll preparation by verifying employee data and timekeeping records
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or an associate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience assisting with benefit administration and payroll processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing multiple HR functions and initiatives
- Knowledge of compliance reporting and audits in HR
- Previous involvement in employee training and development programs
