What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff, business partners, and stakeholders
- Answer employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and hiring processes
- Administer staffing changes, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll transactions using HRIS
- Conduct periodic audits of HR files and maintain accurate personnel records
- Assist with compliance tracking and logistics for employee events and training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One (1) to two (2) years of practical, relevant experience in HR or related field
- HR or related degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in HR technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and labor laws
- Background in customer service or administrative support roles
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
