What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Integrate data from various HR systems and external sources to build semantic models for enhanced analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using visualization tools
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities throughout the employee lifecycle
- Partner with HR and executive leadership to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic goals
- Conduct predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast workforce needs and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, preferably Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or Python/R for data analysis
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling in HR contexts
- Familiarity with data governance and the ethical use of employee data
- Experience with HR reporting systems such as UKG Pro People Analytics and JD Edwards Enterprise One Reports Now
