      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze large, complex HR datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
      - Clean, validate, and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems
      - Create predictive models and perform advanced analytics to forecast HR outcomes
      - Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI
      - Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and deliver actionable findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology/Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (2 years related work experience equivalent to one year of the degree requirement)
      - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting
      - Proficient in SQL, Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, charts & graphs), and Power BI
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems
      - US Citizenship is required to apply

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday
      - Background in HR analytics or workforce data analysis
      - Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations
      - Exposure to big data tools and environments
