What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate HR and customer data into actionable insights
- Analyze and interpret data from various systems, including Workday HR and Customer Data Warehouse
- Validate intake requests for new data and ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Provide clear explanations for data elements, hierarchies, and relationships across multiple systems
- Guide teams in understanding data representation and usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong domain expertise in HR and customer data processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday data
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts
- Familiarity with AWS services, specifically S3; ECS/EKS and AWS SDK are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
