      What do you get to do in this position?
      Support regional system administration activities and transactions as part of Level 2 support.
      Help resolve production issues by conducting root cause analysis, providing containment strategies, and suggesting long-term preventive actions.
      Assist in managing case escalations to Level 3, ensuring proper documentation and communication of resolutions.
      Support the delivery of regional analytics and reporting needs within HR and related services.


      This job might be for you if you are an ACTIVE STUDENT, with graduation date: May 2026 or later, also:

      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
      Basic knowledge of HR processes Preferred Qualifications
      Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, ICIMS
      Basic Knowledge of HRIS platforms
