What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leadership in the Digital and Strategy Division
- Lead performance management and talent strategy initiatives aligned with business goals
- Coach leaders on performance assessment and resolution of complex employee relations issues
- Oversee compliance, risk mitigation, and creative workforce solutions
- Direct the work of HR Services employees and ensure alignment with organizational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3 years of management experience
- In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws (EEO, FLSA, OSHA, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication, group facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Background supporting IT/Digital/Technology professionals
- Ability to implement strategic priorities and engage in crucial conversations
