What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Organize and facilitate company-wide meetings to promote clear communication
- Manage internal communications to keep employees informed about company news
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with compliance efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruiting and talent acquisition
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- Experience with employee engagement surveys and analytics
- Proven success in creating and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with performance management and retention strategies
