      Key Responsibilities:

      • Source potential candidates using the social recruiting tools, web sites/databases, networking, employee referral program, professional organizations, job fairs etc.
      • Develop, maintain and post job postings on internal and external hiring platforms
      • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection decision. Provide timely feedback and follow-ups with the hiring teams and candidates
      • Manage ‘Internal Job Postings’ for the Contact Center Team/s
      • Assist in resolving employee relations matters when necessary and supporting the resolution processes.
      • Support the HR Leadership with Employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.
      • Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
      • HRIS - Process employee record changes e.g. Team/Supervisor changes, Terminations. Ensure employee records are accurate.
      • Assist with data analysis, HR Projects & Initiatives as needed.

      Skills and Abilities:

      Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.

      Remote & Onsite hiring/people management: Experience in Onsite & remote hiring and engaging with remote workforce.

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
      • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

      Experience:

      • 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Recruiter role, preferably in a contact center, retail, or high-volume environment.
      • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
      • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite
      • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.

      Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $65k-$68k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
