What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the recruitment process for various field positions, including Crop Insurance Adjusters and Regional Sales Managers
- Consult with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruitment strategies
- Schedule and participate in phone screens, interviews, and candidate selection
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards effectively
- Maintain and update job descriptions for field staff positions ensuring accuracy and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 7+ years of recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems
- Ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- DocuSign experience preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP designation is a plus
