      If you are an HR guru with a passion for helping others we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to help Zywave partners and their clients with a variety of HR and benefits questions through our HR Hotline service. Through email and phone communication, you will provide best in class service to insurance brokers, HR professionals, and small business owners to help them understand the complex world of HR and benefits compliance so that they can make informed business decisions.

      This role is part-time hourly, Monday – Wednesday, 8 hours/day, with a requirement to answer client phone calls 9am-4pm CT.

      This role is unique because it allows you to serve as a subject matter expert while gaining insight and exposure to the HR and benefit compliance challenges a variety of industries face. You will work within a team of HR Consultants and compliance attorneys allowing you the opportunity to exchange best practices with like-minded individuals.

      What you should bring:

      • You have proven technical HR and benefits expertise through professional certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) and relevant HR and benefits experience to be able to understand and interpret questions submitted by HR Hotline users to identify the best way to respond to each question.
      • You are an excellent communicator able to offer world class service through both written and verbal interactions.
      • You are a reliable team member, being available to answer the phone as scheduled.
      • You have above average technical skills and attention to detail to quickly learn our software tools and ensure client satisfaction.
      • You are a student of the game with a passion for continuous learning and solving problems, staying up to date on relevant federal and state HR regulations
